With a blessed work team, our base works actively to serve the Brazilian Church in its task to take the Gospel to the ends of the earth, challenging, training, sending and giving spiritual covering.

SPIRITUAL COVERING - PASTORING OF MISSIONARIES

To be sent through AMISTAD, initially the missionary approved in the Missions School Course must ( pass  | go through) three months of transcultural experience in an intermediate field. There he will have to produce fruits of an authentic vocational one. In other words, they will be observed to see if they really have the conditions to be sent definitively to the field where they intend to dedicate their lives.

Our base in Brazil efforts to offer the missionary a (rear | back end) support, in terms of prayer and spiritual covering. The covering is made by experienced pastors through the continental supervisions: America, Africa, Europe, Asia and Oceania.  

There is an executive direction that is responsible for receiving the monthly reports from the missionaries, reproducing and sending them to all partner churches, prayer people and faithful investors, through the journal "TOUCHING THE NATIONS". It is also their work to contact these in case of urgent nees that the missionary may present. All the public (correspondence | mail)  (information requests, guidance of candidates to the field, request of churches, etc) is answered by this sector. Also it is the executive direction that will make the work of secretariat and treasurer, working with pleasure and devotion in favor of the well-being of the missionaries in the field.  

We are working so that, soon, we'll have an accommodational  infrastructure for of our missionaries, for when they are in  vacation or in transit for another transcultural field, and also for meetings and conferences. 

Every day, pastors, leaders and intercessors of the churches are gathered in the morning at seven to pray for the missionaries in the "front line", spread through out the world on the most diverse fields; they also pray for the conquering of other nations.

Besides all this support, the letters and prayer requests are sent to the Intercession Ministry so the prayers are made specifically for each presented challenges.

There is a movement, a whole structure, that aims, on the fear of the Lord and on the love for missions, to improve it  each day.
